- Before you drain your hot tub, apply your cleaning solution to the spa water and let it circulate through the jets for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Drain your hot tub completely.
- Take a towel and dry the spa to clean any residual from the bottom or the tub and the side walls.
- Refill your spa to the required level.
